Conditions of participation Wandmotiv24 influencer program
The organizer and person responsible for the implementation of the partner program is Wandmotiv24 GmbH, Hermann-Grafe-Str. 26, 01662 Meissen, in the following wall motif24 called.
By participating in the partner program at https://www.wandmotiv24.de/pages/influencer-werden und https://www.instagram.com/wandmotiv24/ the participant (hereinafter jointly referred to as “participant”) accepts these conditions of participation.

Eligibility
Any natural person who has reached the age of 18 and has full legal capacity can participate. The participant assures that the product evaluation will only be carried out in an appropriate environment. Political, abusive, sexually explicit, illegal or otherwise degrading environments are not permitted.
Wandmotiv24 reserves the right to exclude participants from participating in the influencer program without giving reasons if they violate the above-mentioned placement environments.

Selection of partners
The selection only takes place among those participants who have completely filled out all the input fields required for participation in the partner program. Wall motif24 reserves the right to reject individual applications without giving reasons.

Execution & processing
A participant takes part in the partner program by applying free of charge via the link www.wandmotiv24.de/pages/influencer-become . If a participant has been selected for the cooperation, he will receive an individual voucher code for an amount of 50€ to the specified e-mail address, which can be used to order products on www.wandmotiv24.de . The voucher code is valid for three months.
After receiving the product package, the participant agrees to report on their experience with the product in the form of a post on their Instagram channel within one month, using the following labels and hashtags: @wandmotiv24, #wandmotiv24. With the publication of the experience report, Wandmotiv24 be named as the organizer of the influencer program. Image and text content must be sent to Wandmotiv24 be transmitted.
It is expressly forbidden to mention other companies, products or services and to share links to other promotions. The participant is also permitted to publish product reviews including the offer link on other channels such as Facebook, YouTube or a blog. The participant is prohibited from removing the contribution for a period of 12 months after publication. After completion of the cooperation, the participant can withdraw from the partner program in which Wandmotiv24 informed of his departure.

The setting of the tracking cookie may only be permitted after a user has validly clicked on the advertising material and called up the landing page. The use of techniques that result in the advertising medium being clicked on without the conscious action of a user, eg pop-unders or side-unders, is prohibited. Third Party Rights
Entrants must not infringe the privacy, copyright, trademark or intellectual property rights of any third party or entity. By publishing the photo or video, the participant declares that he owns all rights to the material and that it is free of third-party rights. If one or more people are recognizable in the photo or video, the respective people must agree to the publication. The respective declaration of consent is available on request from Wandmotiv24 to submit. Participants must own all distribution and exploitation rights.

Disclaimer
The participants alone are responsible for the correctness of the information given to us. The participant is responsible for claims by third parties if he uses material to which he does not own the rights or which otherwise violates applicable law. Wall motif24 is released from the obligation to pay damages by the participant. If a photo violates applicable law and/or a participant provides false information, the participants concerned will make Wandmotiv24 from any resulting liability towards third parties.

Right of Use/Transfer of Rights
The participant clears Wandmotiv24 the non-exclusive, temporally, spatially and content-unrestricted and sublicensable copyright and ancillary copyright commercial and transferable right of use to the motifs irrevocably and free of charge. The granting of rights expressly includes all known and unknown forms of offers on the Internet, in particular the possibility of integration within paid online services, websites and social media.

The participant is free to produce, distribute and/or otherwise reproduce these motifs and any duplicates and/or transformations or incarnations of these motifs himself or through third parties.
Wall motif24 is also entitled to use the motifs on packaging material and in advertising (offline and online) and to actively advertise them or have them advertised. If (partial) rights of the participant have already arisen or have been acquired, the transfer of rights takes place when the photo is uploaded. The participant declares that he waives the right of access according to § 25 UrhG. The participant waives the naming as well as the naming according to § 13 UrhG for the motif. Nevertheless, the name is usually mentioned.
Wandmotiv24 is obliged to exercise these rights not. -

The participants transmit personal data to Wandmotiv24, e.g. B. Name, address and e-mail address. Wandmotiv24 stores these and uses them to implement the partner program. The participant data will be used in compliance with data protection laws and will not be passed on to third parties. By participating in the affiliate program, the participant agrees to the electronic collection and processing of the personal data he/she has transmitted as part of the provision of field reports for the Wandmotiv24 Instagram channel @wandmotiv24.
If your data is to be used for other purposes, this will be announced in advance and will only take place with your consent.
